Specialising in residential, new build, commercial, and External Wall Insulation (EWI) projects, we prioritise safety and quality in every aspect of our work, adhering to all SG4 & TG20 guidance for the safe erection and structurally sound scaffolding.
Qualified & Insured
All Tech Scaffolding operatives undergo training, testing, and certification as per The Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS), ensuring they possess the required skills and experience to safely and proficiently erect, alter, strike, or inspect scaffolds.
With ongoing professional development, regular training and supplementary learning in all aspects of health, safety and site guidance, Tech Scaffolding is committed to continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of competence, expertise and safety in the scaffolding industry.

With clear communication and a collaborative approach, we work alongside various other trades and companies to make sure the job progresses efficiently and on schedule: from building trades and craftsmen to architects, local councils, power networks, neighbours and nearby businesses.
We strictly adhere to industry regulations and site policies to ensure a safe environment for all operatives and the general public. If your project requires council permits or traffic management systems due to its proximity to roads or public access, we will obtain these on your behalf. Additionally, we can provide edge protection as part of our service as standard.

FLANNELS, CHANTRY PLACE
SHOP FIT | NORWICH, 2024
Tech Scaffolding was commissioned to assist with the shop fit of Flannels' new luxury store in Chantry Place, Norwich. The project was completed within a strict and often changing schedule and included various internal scaffolding for multiple trades: a temporary staircase during the replacement of the existing one, multiple lift scaffolds for installing full-height mirrors in the main stairwell, a beam structure over the escalator void, and an access tower for pipework removal in a dry riser. The project required us to conduct work outside shopping centre hours to minimise disruption and ensure public health and safety.
