Residential Scaffolding

Retrofit & Energy-Compliant Projects
At Tech Scaffolding, we specialise in scaffolding solutions for energy-efficiency projects - including solar panel installation, External Wall Insulation (EWI), and retrofit works - across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Northamptonshire, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and PAS 2035. As an approved sub-contractor, we work closely with trade specialists, local councils, energy suppliers, and housing associations to support safe, efficient delivery of upgrades such as external cladding, roof and window replacements, and insulation improvements on both government-funded social housing and privately commissioned projects (LARS & SHDF).

All Tech Scaffolding operatives undergo training, testing, and certification as per the Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS), and CSCS, ensuring they possess the required skills and experience to safely and proficiently erect, alter, and strike scaffolds. Many of our scaffolders also hold SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualifications, equipping them with the knowledge to effectively manage safety on site.

FLANNELS, CHANTRY PLACE
SHOP FIT | NORWICH, 2024
Tech Scaffolding was commissioned to assist with the shop fit of Flannels' new luxury store in Chantry Place, Norwich. The project was completed within a strict and often changing schedule and included various internal scaffolding for multiple trades: a temporary staircase during the replacement of the existing one, multiple lift scaffolds for installing full-height mirrors in the main stairwell, a beam structure over the escalator void, and an access tower for pipework removal in a dry riser. The project required us to conduct work outside shopping centre hours to minimise disruption and ensure public health and safety.
