Collaborating with EWI specialists, local councils, energy suppliers and housing associations, our scaffolding supports the safe and efficient replacement of flammable cladding and external wall systems for both government and privately funded projects.

FLANNELS, CHANTRY PLACE
SHOP FIT | NORWICH, 2024
Tech Scaffolding was commissioned to assist with the shop fit of Flannels' new luxury store in Chantry Place, Norwich. The project was completed within a strict and often changing schedule and included various internal scaffolding for multiple trades: a temporary staircase during the replacement of the existing one, multiple lift scaffolds for installing full-height mirrors in the main stairwell, a beam structure over the escalator void, and an access tower for pipework removal in a dry riser. The project required us to conduct work outside shopping centre hours to minimise disruption and ensure public health and safety.
